Ohlhausen, Wilhelm - Homestead - location of house

2009 photo shows where the house would have stood close to the well.

The original house was a sod house and was still there when Henry and Nathalia took over the farm in 1917, because she told me that the cattle had come up to the house and were rubbing against one corner and she banged on a frying pan with a wooden spoon to move them along so they would not knock over the house.
